rEFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
Returns for refund or exchange will only be reviewed within 7 days of the delivery date and the item(s) is in its original state.
- The buyer will be entitled to a partial refund once the item(s) are returned successfully.
- The initial delivery fee is non-refundable, and a restocking fee (15% of the total amount) will be deducted from the refund amount.
- The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees and the return address will be provided upon return confirmation by Our team.
Once you have agreed to return the product under our return policy, further amendment will not be accepted.

REASONS FOR UNACCEPTABLE REFUND/EXCHANGE
Under the following circumstances, we will not be able to process your returns/exchange:
- Products not meeting the criteria for “7-day Returns/Exchange ”.
- Products that have been improperly used, including without limitation, having touched extremely damp objects, chemicals, gasoline, paint, detergent, solvent, or cooking oil, or having been overheated.
- Products with any form of wear and tear.
- Damaged products due to use for longer than service life.
- Damaged products due to improper wash.
- Products with colour fading due to display.
- Products with an unclean appearance.
- Failure to provide proof of purchase
If any signs of damage on the outer packaging, or on any products (including any accessories or parts) are present at the time of delivery, please contact us for assistance.
Gift cards, Coupons, and discount offers are non refundable in any other format then the original format as used.
